How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to our support team from the email address associated with your account
- Include your registered phone number for verification
- Specify that you want to permanently delete your account
- We'll process your request within 48 hours
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted

What Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, phone number, bio)
- Groups you've created or joined
- Match history and statistics
- Messages and communications within the app
- All personal data associated with your account
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you'll need to create a new account if you want to use ProNet Hub again.
Data Retention
After account deletion:
- Your personal data will be completely removed within 30 days
- Some anonymized usage statistics may be retained for service improvement
- Legal compliance data may be retained as required by law
